Carignan grape used to make this wine is 30 years old!
The wine displays an intense black hue with crimson tints and a lovely nose of blackcurrant and spices. The palate is soft and ample. The aromatics are a genuine fusion of spice and fruit notes. The length on the palate, with its fine tannins, makes this wine the ideal companion for many different foods.

Vinification

At the start of fermentation pumping over is used, followed by rack-and-return during the second phase, which brings concentration and complexity to the wine., The grapes are picked by hand and go straight into tanks. Whole cluster fermentation is used with particular attention paid to temperatures.
