Our delivery schedule

Once payment has been processed: if ordered before 1.00pm, delivery is a next day service – if ordered after 1.00pm, delivery is a 2 days service.

Deliveries are made between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

We DO NOT deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Orders placed over between 1.00pm Friday and 1.00pm Monday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Our delivery within the UK

CENTRAL LONDON: All our products delivery are shipped by our team AND same day champagne delivery is possible but please call us to arrange on 020 7193 6072

GREATER LONDON: We use Parcelforce and special air tight packaging to guarantee the best shipping for champagne delivery without breakages.

UK MAINLAND: We use Parcelforce and special air tight packaging to guarantee the best shipping for champagne delivery without breakages.

HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS: We regret that we cannot provide a cost-effective delivery service to the these areas. Please contact us if you wish to incur additional delivery charges based on destination postcode.

NORTHERN IRELAND: We regret that we cannot provide a cost-effective delivery service to Northern Ireland.

Special instructions

If you have special delivery requirements e.g. by a specific date, or deliver to a neighbour if out – please add them to the delivery instructions during checkout and we will endeavour to fulfil them within reason.

If your order is left somewhere at your request and subsequently goes missing we regret that neither we nor our couriers can take responsibility.

Dispatch & delivery address

Items ordered together might not be dispatched together.

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address entered on your order form.

If goods are delivered to an incorrect address as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer to Frenchbubbles Ltd will not take responsibility and the customer will pay for the cost of replacement goods and the cost of delivering the replacement goods to the correct address.

The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. The first and second delivery attempts will be free of charge. All subsequent delivery attempts will be chargeable at a rate set out by our courier company(s) plus 10% for administrative charges.

French Bubbles Ltd shall not be liable for any breakdown or failure to fulfill any terms of any transaction as a result of a force majeure i.e. any circumstances which are not within the company’s reasonable control.
