Description
2010 in general in Champagne wasn’t as successful as the previous year, but Vincent the winemaker and owner at Champagne Pertois Moriset was quite statisfied of his beautiful Blanc de BLancs grand Cru Vinage 2010! And you will as well! An atypical year: alternately cold and humid in winter and spring, and with higher risk of disease in July. Fortunately sunshine in September guaranteed a perfectly ripe grape.

Amazing with Thai food, white poultry with mushrooms in a creamy sauce, Foie Gras, cote, chebris, Tomee des Basques, fresh goats’ cheese with spic and honey, christmas pudding or tarte tatin.

Grower
Their vineyards are cultivated with minimal treatment and with maximum respect for the environment.
The vines are mature, on average 30 years old, with two thirds situated in the Côte des Blancs, including the four Grand Cru rated villages of Cramant, Avize, Oger and Mesnil. The remaining vineyards are located further south in the Sezannais district.
Pertois Moriset is now a member of the prestigious Club Trésors de Champagne!
