“Let’s meet at the beach!” . It all started when one the team said it once! It wasn’t really the beach but a specific parcel of the vineyard that is called “La Plage” (The beach) because of its sandy soils on a bed of small white rocks, small woods, a wall of shale…in this ambiance…”LaPlage” was born! A springfull and crispy cuvée .. a real pleasure!

Best served at 10 à 12°C

This cuvé is fresh full of citrucy flavours…. great all time, anywhere and especially at the Beach!

Vineyard

We are working on living soil and we don’t work them too hard without stirring them. We use organic control and biodynamic preparations.
Vinification

Harvest by hand. Direct press, 24 hour of racking at 13C. Thermo-regulated fermentation. Aged on lies for 8 month in underground glass concrete tanks. Sulphurisation of wine 50mgl – Light batônnage
