Champagne Colin Rosé 1er Cru Brut NV – 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir
This cuvée has a deep pink robe with a fine and creamy foam. It offers an intense nose of red berries, rose petals, wild peach and cherry with a few mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and tender with a silky texture giving a lively finish in an atmosphere of black and redcurrant.
Champagne Michel Furdyna Brut Rosé NV – 100 % pinot Noir
Michel Furdyna is a well-known producer in Champagne and he is the master of Pinot Noir, its domain is 70% Pinot Noir and is located in Celles-Sur-Ource!
Produced by the gentle ‘saignée’ method or also called ‘Maceration process’ where the grape skins are left in contact with the juice during gentle crushing to create the colour. This sophisticated and soft rosé is dry with a savoury backbone and red fruit. You will be surprised how versatile this wine can be with a wide range of flavours. We love it with charcuterie and pink lamb or duck, or of course just on its own.
Champagne Lacroix Rosé Brut – 58% pinot noir, 22% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay
This cuvée has a salmon-coloured robe that enhances the sparkling foam. The nose offers a generous bouquet evolves towards notes of raspberry and redcurrant. The mouth develops into a taste of fleshy cherry. This Brut Rosé is exceptionally fruity! Unlike many rosé Champagnes, this actually tastes pink – packed with ripe summer fruit compote flavours and a refreshing lift on the finish.
