Champagne Waris Latmandier Roacine de Trois – 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 5% Meunier.
This non-vintage Cuvée is ORGANIC & BIODYNAMIC! it is very fresh and lively. It dances on your tongue with a core of zesty citrus and apple flavours and undertones of candied fruit.
Champagne Michel Furdyna Brut Rosé NV – 100 % pinot Noir
Michel Furdyna is a well-known producer in Champagne and he is the master of Pinot Noir, its domain is 70% Pinot Noir and is located in Celles-Sur-Ource!
Produced by the gentle ‘saignée’ method or also called ‘Maceration process’ where the grape skins are left in contact with the juice during gentle crushing to create the colour. This sophisticated and soft rosé is dry with a savoury backbone and red fruit. You will be surprised how versatile this wine can be with a wide range of flavours. We love it with charcuterie and pink lamb or duck, or of course just on its own.
CERTIFIED TERRA VITIS ESTATE
Chateau du Vieux Puits – Blaye Côte de Bordeaux Brut – 80% Merlot – 12% Cabernet Sauvignon – 4% Malbec – 4% Petit Verdot
Forward and lively fruit. The palate is intensely fruity with fresh blackcurrants and redcurrants. Lovely easy drinking. Really fresh, pleasant, subtly spiced finish.
Vignobles Bouillac creates cuvées that are created from Bordeaux’s slightly more forgotten varietals: Malbec and Petit Verdot. Two varietals that are often shoved slightly aside by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
