This cuvée vintage has a beautiful deep gold colour, an open nose blending stewed and dried fruits, patisserie and pastry notes. The palate is primarily full-bodied and vinous finishing on fabulous mineral notes. It is a well-structured, full and aromatic Champagne. It works well with food such as white meats or cheeses.
